Why is my new Swagtron so slow?
Your Swagtron has a "learning mode" to help you get used to riding it before going full-speed. The User Manual have the instructions on how to switch between learning mode and performance mode. You can switch back and forth between modes at any time.
Can I take my Swagtron on an airplane or ride in the city?
Flights: While some airline carriers may allow the as a carry-on, we do NOT recommend it. Please refer to your individual carrier regarding their guidelines on what they will allow for carry-on or checked luggage.
Places: India doesn't have restrictions against this type of vehicle/mobility device. There might be restrictions where you can ride your Swagtron in public. When in doubt, ask.
How hard is it to learn to ride a or Swagtron hoverboard?
The Swagtron is easy to learn. In about 5 minutes you will get the hang of it and in 30 minutes you will begin to master it. The Swagtron makes it even easier: activate the built-in learning mode to reduce the speed while you learn the basics. Once you have the steering down, simply turn it off and go full throttle. In short, it's NOT HARD AT ALL! You will step onto the Swagtron and try to balance, but it's doing the balancing for you… You will be running circles around everyone in no time at all.

Swagtron hoverboards are all designed as per user friendliness and safety. It all depends on what specifications you would want in your hoverboard. Kindly go through the technical specifications of each hoverboard before you make a purchase.

What does it mean to be UL Certified?
UL Listed means that UL has tested represented samples of the product and determined that it meets UL's Requirements. These requirements are based primarily on UL's published and nationally recognized Standard for Safety.
